In June Coronation issued a ballot which sought to implement a change in the structure of the Coronation Optimum Growth Fund. We commented on the proposed change here.

Coronation have now confirmed that the ballot was successful with the conversion to a feeder fund structure taking place on the 15^th of September. As highlighted in our original note, while the fund structure is changing there is no change to the portfolio management team, philosophy, or process which underpins the fund. We do not have material concerns with the change and the fund retains its current Tier 2 rating.
